Our spacious video podcast studio located in West Leederville, is designed for up to four people with five Sony 4K video cameras and ceiling suspended studio grade lighting. The studio is located on level 1, 32 Harrogate Street with plenty of parking available on the street. If you have the Easy Park app you can quickly adjust your parking from the comfort of our studio.
Most people who record here have tried at least one session at home first. The difference is immediate. Acoustic treatment removes the problems you can’t hear until playback. The cameras and lighting remove the other half of the problem. Five Sony 4K cameras on a ceiling rail, broadcast lighting calibrated before you arrive, and a complimentary producer valued at $150 for your first session to manage the technical side. That consistency is hard to replicate at home, and it matters more as your show grows.
This slick studio setup is simple and clean, surrounded by Nordic soundproof timber panels with various bookcases secured onto the wall. This allows you to use subtle props in the background that stand out in the video and helps create a personalised feel for your time in the podcast studio.
Clients can also opt for a two person chair setup with soft off-white curtains, ideal for creating a more intimate podcast conversation atmosphere. Mention this in the booking form so the team can have the room ready prior to your recording.
The podcast studio is equipped with an adjustable ceiling rail system used to mount our 4K sony video cameras and lights, providing greater video depths. As standard across our studios, we have Shure SM7B microphones with the ability to get customised microphone backplates. These custom backplates make your show stand out particularly when utilising our short clip video editing services.
The desk is custom built and adjustable so you can record standing podcasts if that’s your style. Our producer’s area features audio monitoring and live video switching capabilities, ensuring seamless recording and production.

When you first book a video podcast studio with us you will receive a complimentary producer for 1 hour. The producer is responsible for setting up the room, live video switching, live audio adjustments, providing feedback on delivery and taking photos during and after the recording. After the first hour you are welcome to continue using a producer for $150 an hour inc GST.
