Book our studio for 60 minutes with a producer and post-production editing services. You will also receive a bonus short clip to post on social media that matches your branding. This package is inclusive of one round of editing revisions from the client. The minimum cost is $1000 including GST, pending extra editing or additional clips for social media.
EveryEvery session at Podwave Studios includes a fully equipped studio, Shure SM7B microphones, sony 4K cameras, acoustic treatment, and studio lighting. You can hire a producer for the session who is in the room throughout your session managing the technical side, which means you can focus entirely on the conversation. Podwave Studios offers post production services as an add on. This includes complete audio/video editing, colour grading, podcast trailers, custom music development, short form clips for social media and high impact video snippets. Book a session here.

SessionAbsolutely! The studio is available for both self recording and assisted recording with our team. We can also provide guidance and technical support if you want to record your podcast on your own. If you are recording on your own we ask you bring your own external SD drive for recording video and audio files. A minimum of 1TB is recommended.
No. Everything you need for a professional recording is provided — microphones, cameras, audio interfaces, lighting, and monitoring. You do not need to own any recording gear to produce a broadcast-quality episode at Podwave Studios. If you are recording video and want a personal copy of the raw files, bringing an external SSD is a good idea, but it is not required for the session itself.
Sessions can be run with or without a producer depending on your experience level. For first-time clients, a producer is strongly recommended and is included complimentary in the first hour. Yes. Post-production is a core part of what Podwave Studios provides, as an optional add on. After your session, the team can handle the video editing, audio mastering, and formatting your content for distribution. Depending on your package, deliverables can include a finished podcast episode, a YouTube ready video, various short form clips for social media, transcripts, shownotes and thumbnails. The goal is to hand you a finished product, not raw footage.

Yes. Both Podwave Studios locations are set up to accommodate hosts plus guests, with seating and microphones for multiple participants. If you have a specific number of guests in mind, let the team know when you book so the studio can be configured correctly for your session. Remote guests can also be integrated into sessions for hybrid recordings where not everyone is in the room.
Yes, we provide facilities for live podcast streaming. This allows you to interact in real-time with your audience during podcast recording. We can also assist you in setting up live broadcasting platforms.
No. Podwave Studios provides everything you need for a professional recording session. Shure SM7B, Sony 4K cameras, lighting, acoustic treatment, and monitoring equipment are all set up before you arrive. You do not need to own any recording gear to produce a broadcast quality show at Podwave Studios. The only thing you need to bring is your content.
